Yep that’s right, I said what you’re all secretly thinking… I HATE cardio and I mean it, who wants to be super sweaty and feel like there isn’t enough air? Nope not me? Raise your hand if you agree… I remember being at high school and running constantly, I loved it because I was naturally good at it. I also had to do it asI was at school and I couldn’t face coming last as I’m wayyyy too competitive.
