Am I going Propercorn mad?

So for those of you who have seen my recent blog, Insta and Twitter posts you will have seen that I’ve been posting a lot about Propercorn popcorn and my original recipes.

It looks like I’ve got a bit of an obsession and the thing is I just really love popcorn and Propercorn is my favourite! Being gluten free and finding healthy snacks can be a struggle so with Propercorn being so reasonably priced and coming in multiple flavours they are an obvious snack choice.

When baking I find it really difficult to find a substitute for biscuity products that are also ‘healthy’ I’ve found that the GF alternatives are expensive and so fatty! An example where you could replace popcorn with biscuits is Rocky Road – one of my favourite chocolatey treats!

There are many reasons to love popcorn and they are… it’s low fat, doesn’t melt or go sticky when warm, comes in many flavours and can be low calorie too – perfect for on the go snacking.

I particularly love Propercorn because of the various flavours you can buy it in and that all their varieties are under 150 calories per pack. Perfect for satisfying any sweet or savoury tooth, PB and Almond is my favourite flavour!

So you could say that yes I am going Propercorn mad but surely you can see why? Anywayyyyy… I’ve listed my original recipes for you to try below.

That’s next in my list to try! I’ve worked my way through most of the flavours, I find coconut so hard to eat sometimes it’s a bit too much?
